  • Joseph T. Deters, appointed to an unexpired term ending December 31, 2026. Justice Deters replaces Justice Sharon Kennedy who was elected Chief Justice.  1/7/23

  • David R. Stimpert, elected to a full term beginning February 9, 2023. Judge Stimpert replaces Judge Ronald P. Forsthoefel who retired.  2/9/23
Ashtabula County Court Western Division

  • Casey O'Brien, elected to a full term beginning January 1, 2023. Judge O'Brien replaces Judge Michelle Fisher who was defeated.  1/1/23
Barberton Municipal Court

  • Diana M. Stevenson, appointed to an unexpired term ending December 31, 2025. Judge Stevenson replaces Judge Jill Flagg Lanzinger who was elected to the appellate bench.  7/10/23

  • Judge Christopher M. Berhalter [Belmont County Court Northern Division], appointed to an unexpired term ending February 8, 2027. Judge Berhalter replaces Judge Frank Fregiato who retired.  9/1/23

  • Adam L. Myser, appointed to an unexpired term ending January 1, 2025. Judge Berhalter who was appointed to the common pleas bench.  10/20/23
